You’ll own a caseload of liability claims end-to-end—investigating facts, analyzing coverage, communicating with all parties, and driving timely, well-documented resolutions. You’ll partner closely with leadership and internal teams to uphold service standards and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Investigate and manage a caseload of liability claims from FNOL through resolution.
Analyze coverage and determine liability exposure; set strategy for negotiation/settlement.
Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and partners; maintain clear records.
Ensure accurate, timely file documentation and cycle time discipline.
Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to meet service and quality targets.
