Commercial Auto Liability
Commercial auto liability insurance protects businesses from significant financial loss. It is required by law and combines Bodily Injury and Property Damage coverage to compensate the other party if the insured is found at fault. Coverage includes payments for medical expenses, pain and suffering, vehicle repairs, and associated legal defense costs.
Personal Injury Protection
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage provides financial aid for medical expenses and other related costs for the driver and passengers of a commercial vehicle, regardless of who is at fault in an accident. It ensures the insured party receives the immediate support they need. It typically covers hospital bills, rehabilitation, and lost wages.
Uninsured & Underinsured Motorist
This coverage protects the insured business’s drivers and passengers in the event of an accident involving a driver who has insufficient or no insurance, including hit-and-run incidents. It helps cover medical costs and property damage when the at-fault party cannot fully compensate.
Physical Damage
Physical Damage coverage is available through a program facilitated by Reliable Transportation Association and protects the insured vehicle itself, covering repair or replacement costs resulting from collisions, theft, vandalism, or certain natural disasters. This coverage typically includes both Collision and Comprehensive protection.
Motor Truck Cargo
Motor Truck Cargo coverage protects goods and materials transported by a covered commercial vehicle, including cargo hauled for others in for-hire operations. It helps cover losses resulting from damage or theft of cargo during transit and is available through a program facilitated by the Reliable Transportation Association.
