How to report a claim
Please notify us of all incidents, occurrences, events, losses or accidents which may result in a claim without any exceptions within 48 business hours of such occurrence so that we could help you as soon as possible.
To report a claim, please complete the “Report a claim” form on GB Group, LLC website.
To check the status of an existing claim, please submit a “Claim status inquiry” form on GB Group, LLC website.
