You may not use any Application Programming Interface (API), automation code or systems with our Website, Online Portal, Systems and Services unless authorized by us in writing, and/or initiated by us.
STAR will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of improper use of its website and online portal or due to failure to notify us of any security breaches and/or unauthorized access.
We have the right and at our sole discretion for any or no reason, to disable any organization, user, username, password, credential, or any other identifiers should we determine that there was a security breach, unauthorized use of the website or portal, or any other violations of Terms of Service.

STAR provides technology solutions developed by ADL Technologies LLC (ADL) for its customers, use of ADL systems and solutions does not grant any ownership rights or licenses other than the right to access and use of ADL systems and services as stated within the Service Agreement.
Restriction of Use
Unless explicitly authorized and permitted in writing by us, you must not display, create copies, transmit, transfer, sell, license, upload, edit, frame, link, reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivatives of our work product, and in any other way utilize our website, online portal, systems and services unless specifically authorized within your Service Agreement with us.

Our website may contain links to other websites that we are not affiliated with us and we do not control and maintain them. We make no warranties and representations about other sites and you may visit them at your own discretion only.
Our Website Security
We take measures to protect your information and limit access to our internal systems to authorized personnel and service providers.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall STAR, its service providers, agents, employees, officers, directors, executives or shareholders, be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use of the STAR website, Online Portal, Systems and/or Services.
Should your Jurisdiction disallow this exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, then in no event shall STAR’s liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
Claims Against STAR and Indemnity Clause
If any claim, action, suit, arbitration or any other proceeding is commenced against us or involves STAR, its agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, service providers (‘us’) arising or allegedly arising out of your use of STAR Website, Online Portal, System or Services, you agree to defend, indemnity and hold us harmless and to reimburse us for any expenses incurred.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims relating to the use of STAR Website, Online Portal, Systems or Services shall be filed within the State of Pennsylvania and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Arbitration
Any and all disputes or claims, relating to your use or inability to use STAR Website, Online Portal, Systems or Services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Insurance Fraud Notice
Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing any materially false information or conceals for the purpose of misleading information concerning any fact material thereto commits a fraudulent insurance act, which is a crime and subjects such person to criminal and civil penalties.
